Sports Performance Training: Growing Strong
With youth athletics becoming an increasingly competitive recreational activity, leagues and coaches are focusing more on strategy and technical lessons and less on fitness and athletic health. Our Sports Performance Training Program is designed to maximize abilities and minimize the incidence of injury in a fun and functional training environment. Young athletes will be challenged to improve their functional base: balance, posture, stability, and flexibility.
This class will meet two (2) times per week for an hour, and will include the following:
- Warm-up/Stretching
- Cardio
- Strength training
- Sports nutrition discussions
When weather permits sports-specific skills and drills will be performed.
Fees: $200.00 for 8 one hour sessions. Classes are limited to 4 participants per session.
